Inadequate Sleep

  1. Banana is very rich in magnesium and potassium which helps kids to fall asleep. Take 1 ripe banana mash it well add little Tender Leaves cumin powder to it and serve it to the child.
  2. A glass of warm milk with a pinch of Tender Leaves turmeric powder and a small pinch of Tender Leaves nutmeg powder before bed soothes the child and helps them sleep with ease.
