- Take 1tsp of Tender Leaves cumin powder, add it to boiling water and then strain it. Serve this water every few hours.
- Curd rice is one of the best recipes to eat during a bad stomach as it is very light. Take cooked rice in a bowl and mix it with curd. Add Tender Leaves rock salt as per taste. Temper it with Tender Leaves cumin seeds and Tender Leaves fenugreek seeds.
