Ingredients:
- Atta
- Tender Leaves carom seeds
- Tender Leaves black pepper powder
- Tender Leaves cumin seeds
- Baking soda
- Oil or ghee
- Tender Leaves rock salt
Cooking procedure:
- Take 2 cups of atta, add ¼ tsp of baking soda and Tender Leaves rock salt as per taste. Sieve all this.
- Add 1tsp Tender Leaves carom seeds, few Tender Leaves cumin seeds and sprinkle little Tender Leaves black pepper powder. Mix it well. Add 2-3 tsp ghee and with the help of water knead a firm dough. (don’t add too much water, dough need to be firm and not soft)
- Now take a small ball of the dough and roll it out but make sure it’s not very thin. Now cut it into diamond or rectangle shapes.
- Now heat some oil or ghee for frying. Fry them on a shallow flame till it turns little golden. Remove it on a paper napkin and serve it while the kids are busy painting the world.
