Apple puree


Ingredients:

  • Fresh and juicy apple
  • Water
  • Tender Leaves cinnamon powder

Cooking procedure:

  1. Take a nice juice apple wash it and then peel it off. Cut it into pieces and put it in a pressure cooker with roughly 2-3 cups of water.
  2. Let it cook for 15- 20 minutes approx 6 whistles.
  3. Let it cool down.
  4. Then add the boiled apples into a blender and run it until you get a smooth puree.
  5. If required Add little breastmilk to get a better consistency.
  6. Sprinkle half a pinch of Tender Leaves cinnamon powder to add a little flavour. Cinnamon has good digestive properties. You can repeat the same procedure with yummy green pears to get a pear puree and adding a new fruit to your child’s diet. Happy weaning.
