Sweet potato porridge


Ingredients:

  • Boiled sweet potato
  • Water
  • Tender Leaves cinnamon powder
  • Tender Leaves nutmeg powder

Cooking procedure:

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and boil it for 5-6 whistles. Let it cool down and then open the cooker.
  2. Mash the boiled sweet potato with a help of a fork or a masher. Remove the threads.
  3. In a pan boil, 2 cups of water add a half pinch of Tender Leaves cinnamon powder, and then add the mashed potato. After cooking it for 5 minutes add little breastmilk to it for better consistency.
  4. Let it cool down. Put it in a bowl and garnish it with ¼ pinch of tender leaves nutmeg powder. Happy weaning!
